Will Writing and Estate Planning in Gloucestershire.

Specialising in Will Writing and Estate Planning, we strive to make the process of making a Will as straightforward as possible. We do not charge an hourly rate for our services; instead we work to a fixed-fee price list, which you will be sent in advance of a meeting.

We do not ask clients to take time off work to visit us during office hours. We will visit you at home at a time that is convenient to you. Furthermore, our initial meeting with you is free and you are under no obligation to proceed after this; you will be informed exactly what the cost of our services will be before we start and we will not ask you for any money in advance of us completing your instructions.

Over many years, we have built up significant expertise in our field. Making a Will should not be viewed as 'just filling in an instruction form'. A Will is one of the most important documents you will ever own, therefore we believe it is essential you take professional advice to ensure your loved ones are not left to sort out avoidable problems after you have died.

We see the benefit of professional advice as an opportunity for us provide you with tailored advice. No two clients circumstances are the same; whether you have an extended family, a valuable business, a fear of losing your assets to fund long term care or a concern about Inheritance Tax, we are here to help. We will be happy to discuss your individual circumstances with no obligation to proceed. If you decide you want us to act for you, we will be pleased to take your instructions.

After we have taken your instructions, we arrange a follow-up visit in order to ensure you are happy with the paperwork we have prepared and to then supervise the signing and witnessing of the documents.
